• Reporting to the Head of Global Field Marketing and Campaigns on full-time hours and working from home remotely. • Develop and execute strategic field marketing plans aligned with global initiatives and tailored to regional market dynamics, client segments, and buyer personas • Lead multi-channel demand generation campaigns using a mix of PR, social media, digital, events, and direct marketing to drive lead generation and pipeline growth • Create, localize, and manage marketing content and assets from concept to execution, ensuring alignment with strategic campaign objectives and brand standards • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and share insights to inform cross-functional strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to align field marketing efforts with revenue goals, while managing vendors, budgets, and timelines • Track and report on campaign performance and ROI, using data to optimize programs and communicate impact to stakeholders and leadership
• Fluency in English and German; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a regional or field marketing role • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management, or another business-related field • Proven expertise in event planning, copywriting, and creative brief development, combined with outstanding writing, presentation, storytelling, and organizational abilities • Deep understanding of customer segmentation and experience using data and analytics to inform and influence decision-making • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Zoom, Google Analytics, and WordPress
