📋 Description

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product design, ideally with exposure to fintech or complex B2B SaaS. • A builder mindset: a track record of shipping things beyond Figma files. • Research fluency: demonstrated ability to plan and conduct rapid user testing, draw insightful conclusions, and translate findings into product decisions. • AI maturity: you’re comfortable experimenting with emerging tools to streamline research, prototyping, and synthesis.
