📋 Description

• Oversee general accounting and ensure accurate maintenance of the accounts • Record accounting entries: processing, allocation and posting of invoices and payments • Actively participate in statutory and consolidated period-end closings • Supervise and review tax filings: VAT, corporate income tax (IS), CET, TVS, CVAE • Develop and implement internal control and financial procedures • Lead, develop and unite an 8-person team • Ensure ongoing skills development within the team • Participate in projects to upgrade financial tools and systems

🎯 Requirements

• Degree equivalent to Bachelor's level (e.g., DCG/DSCG) • Minimum five years' experience managing teams • At least five years in roles with similar responsibilities • Knowledge of accounting and tax specifics of the leasing/rental sector • Strong interest in accounting and financial information systems (ERP) • Advanced Excel proficiency • Detail-oriented and ability to build and motivate teams • Strong appetite for cross-functional collaboration • English proficiency appreciated
