Lecturio combines evidence-based curriculum, educator-led content, and SaaS delivery to support both individual learners and institutions in clinical reasoning and professional training.

📋 Description

• Work closely with the Data Protection Officer, CTO, and CPO • Implement data protection and IT compliance processes at the intersection of the GDPR, the EU AI Act, and US higher education requirements such as HECVAT and SOC 2 • Complete security and data protection questionnaires, including HECVAT, VPAT/WCAG, and security questionnaires • Conduct expert discussions with IT security leads at universities and hospitals • Build and maintain a central Trust & Compliance knowledge base, including a process for keeping content up to date • Maintain directories and registers, including records of processing activities, sub-processors, certificates, the data deletion policy, technical and organizational measures (TOMs), and incidents • Manage data subject requests operationally • Triage new IT and AI tools proposed by business departments • Establish and maintain a central contract register containing standard and bespoke agreements, data processing agreement (DPA) versions, and deviation analyses • Technically update DPA appendices • Establish scalable processes • Use AI and automation tools effectively, for example for document comparisons and drafting

🎯 Requirements

• Approximately 3–5 years of experience in IT compliance, GRC, information security, data protection operations, or third-party risk, ideally in a SaaS or software environment • Experience completing enterprise security questionnaires, such as HECVAT, VSA, and SIG • Solid technical understanding, for example of encryption, SSO, hosting, and backups • Fluent written and spoken German and English, at least C1 level • A critical and experienced approach to using AI tools • High degree of independence and ownership • Structured approach to prioritization • Confident communication when engaging directly with customers and IT stakeholders • Experience with automation tools such as n8n or Zapier, or GRC platforms such as Vanta or Drata, is a plus • A law degree is not required
