📋 Description
• Supporting both our clients and internal teams • Client onboarding and account access management • Technical support and process improvement • Assisting internal IT operations and automation projects • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years in an IT related role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and its tools • Experience with workflow automation, creating SOPs, and internal training documentation is a major plus • Strong organizational and project coordination skills • Confidence to comfortably work with clients, both in written and verbal communication • Desire and ability to improve processes and work without much oversight
