• Define arquitetura de sistemas e padrões técnicos • Lidera revisões de código e garante qualidade global • Cria estratégias de testes automatizados e cobertura • Planeja escalabilidade e performance de sistemas • Implementa práticas avançadas de segurança (OAuth, RBAC, criptografia) • Lidera decisões sobre tecnologias e ferramentas • Cria e mantém pipelines complexos de CI/CD e infraestrutura como código • Garante conformidade com normas (LGPD, GDPR, PCI-DSS) • Documenta soluções estratégicas e orienta o time
🎯 Requirements
• Experiencia de 5 anos comprovado em experiência com Java 21+, Spring Boot 3+ • API Rest • Testes unitários • Swagger (open api) • DB relacionais e não-relacionais (preferencia mongodb) • Conceitos de api gateway e microsserviços • Noções de desenvolvimento seguro (throttling, autenticação, criptografia de dados) • Monitorias (Dynatrace, Grafana) • Mecanismos de cache (redis, memcache, spring-cache) • Eventos/mensageria (ideal RabbitMQ e/ou AWS SQS/SNS) • Nodejs 18+ • React (conhecimento em criação de componentes / react router) • Next.js (desejável) • Clean code • Keycloak (desejável) • Pró-atividade • Comunicação clara • Abertura para feedbacks • Trabalho em equipe • Gostar de desafios • Sentimento de dono • Inglês leitura e escrita (desejável)
