📋 Description

• Required: a Senior Mainframe Developer to work on high-criticality solutions in the banking environment, focusing on guarantees and credit infrastructure. • Lead analysis, development and maintenance of Mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS and DB2. • Serve as a technical reference in the domain of guarantee systems, guiding teams and proposing architectural improvements. • Conduct complex investigations, perform root cause analysis and define structural and permanent solutions. • Plan and execute high-impact changes, ensuring performance, resilience and compliance with financial sector regulatory standards. • Collaborate with business, risk, credit and operations areas to translate functional needs into robust solutions. • Assess impacts, guide testing processes (integration, regression, user acceptance) and ensure technical governance. • Produce advanced-level documentation (technical, functional, architectural) and support knowledge sharing within the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience (8+ years recommended) in Mainframe development. • Deep expertise in COBOL, CICS, DB2 and JCL. • Consistent experience in banking systems, preferably with guarantees, collateral, credit or loans. • Strong ability to analyze end-to-end processes and understand integrations in complex environments. • Experience supporting critical systems and working in high-availability environments. • Proven track record resolving complex incidents and implementing structural improvements.
