📋 Description

• Design high-complexity AI architectures covering the full solution lifecycle, from design to operation • Act as a technical reference, guiding architectural decisions and promoting AI engineering best practices • Design and implement Generative AI solutions using LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applied to critical enterprise problems • Define and evolve a large-scale MLOps ecosystem covering training, versioning, deployment and monitoring • Establish governance, security and ethical AI standards, including access control, protection of sensitive data and model risk assessment • Ensure scalability, resilience and cost optimization of AI solutions in production • Define model evaluation strategies with technical and business metrics • Assess new technologies and propose adoption pathways, balancing innovation and feasibility • Translate business challenges into AI architectures, working closely with technical and executive stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in AI engineering with a track record of designing high-complexity architectures • Mastery of the full AI solution lifecycle, from design and experimentation to production operation • Deep experience with Generative AI, including LLMs and production RAG architectures • Experience with large-scale MLOps ecosystems covering training, versioning, deployment and monitoring • Hands-on experience with AWS AI and Machine Learning services (SageMaker and Bedrock) • Proficiency in Python for AI and Machine Learning solutions • Knowledge of SQL and data handling for dataset preparation • Advanced understanding of AI governance, security and ethical use, including protection of sensitive data and model risk assessment • Experience ensuring scalability, resilience and cost optimization of production AI solutions • Experience as a technical reference with the ability to lead architectural decisions and mentor other professionals • Differentials: experience with LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI or similar; vector databases; advanced retrieval and evaluation strategies for RAG; PyTorch or TensorFlow; Docker and Kubernetes; Terraform or CloudFormation; AWS certifications; consulting or serving multiple clients • Technical leadership presence, strategic vision, critical thinking, clear communication, sound judgment on AI risks, autonomy and technical curiosity
