📋 Description

• Act as a technical reference/lead in the development and experimentation of AI solutions, including prototypes, proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilots for business cases based on GenAI and AI agents • Participate in the definition, design and implementation of architectures and solutions based on GenAI and AI agents • Evaluate frameworks, tools and patterns suitable for each case • Build and experiment with agents using Google ADK, CrewAI, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel and other frameworks • Consider autonomy, tool calling, planning and governance in agent development • Develop solutions in Python, Java and JavaScript/TypeScript, including APIs, integrations and microservices • Apply data, MLOps and Machine Learning concepts from experimentation to production • Use Google Cloud Platform AI infrastructure and services • Contribute to evaluation criteria for agents and RAG systems, including quality, cost, latency and groundedness • Contribute to the observability of solutions in production

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in software or data engineering, with at least the last 2 years in AI/GenAI initiatives • Minimum 4 years of software development experience • Proficiency in Python, Java and JavaScript/TypeScript • Knowledge of engineering best practices and production-grade applications • Minimum 3 years of experience with Data, MLOps and Machine Learning concepts • Minimum 2 years defining, designing and implementing GenAI-based architectures and solutions • Minimum 2 years in cloud environments, preferably GCP • Minimum 1 year working with AI agent development frameworks, such as Google ADK, CrewAI and LangGraph • Nice to have: minimum 2 years using Java in the Spring ecosystem (Spring Boot, Spring AI, Spring Cloud) • Nice to have: minimum 1 year of Front-End experience with Angular, consuming AI APIs • Nice to have: minimum 1 year with RAG systems and vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector and Azure AI Search • Experience with observability and troubleshooting of agents/multi-agent systems in production • GCP certifications or certifications in generative AI frameworks are a plus
