📋 Description

• Database Organization and Structuring • Perform data modeling, analyzing and structuring databases to ensure appropriate relationships and adherence to industry best practices. • Handle special data by creating and managing mapping tables (DE-PARA), including specific cases such as “verticals,” to increase standardization and efficiency. • Development of Data Pipelines and Workflows • Build pipelines that ensure full traceability, from the files provided by the client (Excel, CSV, Google Sheets) to loading into the Gold layer on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Implement automations to optimize the upload, transformation, and consolidation processes, ensuring operational robustness and reliability. • Identify opportunities for direct automation at the source, reducing reliance on manual files and increasing efficiency. • Migration and Optimization of the Main Database • Support the analysis, planning, and execution of the migration of the PortoSDM database (currently on SQL) to BigQuery. • Propose and implement efficient migration strategies, such as incremental loads, avoiding high costs from daily full loads.

🎯 Requirements

• Mentoring and BigQuery cost reduction • Familiarity with code documentation • Experience with agile methodologies • Skills in developing and optimizing APIs for data consumption • Familiarity with building monitoring and alerting for processes developed on GCP • Experience creating dashboards using Power BI or Looker Studio • Experience with real-time data processing on GCP
