📋 Description

• Design, develop and maintain full-stack applications using .NET (C#), REST APIs, distributed services and asynchronous integrations. • Implement and optimize data structures in MongoDB, ensuring performance, security and consistency. • Develop and integrate services using MQ (or other queue managers), ensuring resilient and scalable processing. • Participate in architectural decisions, proposing structural improvements and engineering patterns. • Work on the maintenance and evolution of guarantees, collateral and operations systems related to the credit lifecycle. • Conduct complex analyses, troubleshooting, incident investigation and permanent fixes. • Ensure delivery quality, including automated tests, documentation and engineering best practices. • Collaborate with business, risk and operations teams, translating functional needs into robust technical solutions. • Support the team in DevOps practices, version control, CI/CD pipelines and observability.

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Full Stack Developer (recommended minimum: 6–8 years). • Proficiency in .NET / C#, including APIs, services, middleware and architectural best practices. • Strong knowledge of MongoDB (data modeling, indexes, aggregation pipelines). • Experience with messaging systems (MQ, RabbitMQ, Kafka or similar). • Proven experience in a banking/financial environment, preferably with guarantees, collateral or credit systems. • Understanding of distributed architectures, microservices and synchronous/asynchronous integrations. • Ability to work on critical systems with high availability, security and compliance requirements.
