📋 Description

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and release new features; • Prepare and lead technical refinements for requests raised by the product team; • Maintain the health and quality of the codebase, balancing new feature delivery with technical debt resolution; • Develop scalable solutions that will be used by millions of users; • Be proactive about Monitoring and Observability; • Maintain automated tests, including writing new tests; • Mentor and guide less senior developers and support their growth; • Prepare technical documentation for new features; • Participate in team ceremonies alongside other team members.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years proven experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Hibernate, and experience with Node.js + NestJS; • Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL); Oracle; MongoDB; RDS; • Experience with message-based communication (RabbitMQ and SQS); • Understanding and experience with microservices architecture; • Experience designing RESTful APIs; • Experience with unit testing (JUnit 5) and contract testing (Pact); • Experience with Axway API Gateway; • Experience with Git and code versioning; • Experience with Dynatrace; • Knowledge of Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and modularization; • Good coding practices, documentation, and development of screens/components; • Experience working with agile methodologies; • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail; • Willingness to learn new technologies and take on new challenges; • At least 3 years of experience in projects with high technical and process complexity; • Nice to have: • Experience developing applications/front-end with React Native and React; • Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript; • Experience with Next.js, React Hooks, Styled Components, Axios; • Experience with Microfrontend architecture (MFE)
