📋 Description

• Lead a squad dedicated to developing and operationalizing advanced NLP and LLM solutions in Python. • Ensure the architecture, delivery quality, and implementation strategy for text extraction and enrichment solutions in Brazilian Portuguese. • Provide strategic consulting and ongoing support to evolve the client's AI capabilities. • Ensure solution architecture (e.g., RAG, hybrid models) and MLOps infrastructure, with strong cloud proficiency (ideally Oracle/Azure). • Ensure deliveries follow agile methodology, with 2-week sprints, frequent demos, and retrospectives. • Define development standards and ensure technical quality to meet target average accuracy for critical extractions. • Promote gradual knowledge transfer to the client’s team to enable future autonomy.

🎯 Requirements

• Senior experience: At least 5+ years working on NLP, LLMs, and related projects. • Specialization in LLMs/NLP: Proven experience in fine-tuning and instruction-tuning open-source LLMs focused on Brazilian Portuguese. • Solution architecture: Strong knowledge implementing complex architectures such as RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) with vector stores (Qdrant, Pinecone, or Chroma). • Development: Advanced proficiency in Python 3.11+ and NLP frameworks (spaCy 3.7+, Transformers 4.40+, Hugging Face).
