📋 Description
• Provide highly developed domain expertise and stakeholder relationships • Identify stakeholders’ business and system requirements and translate needs into training material • Create presentations, videos, and web-based content • Work on curriculum design and organizational learning strategy
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree & 3 years' experience • Must be a US citizen or authorized to work in the U.S. • Must live in the US and have maintained permanent residence for at least the last 3 consecutive years • Experience with adult learning theory, practices, and techniques/tools • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Adobe Captive, PDF tools, Commonlook, and 508 compliance • Experience with Adobe Premier, After Effects, or similar video creation systems • Familiarity with content management systems • Ability to work on small or cross-functional project teams
