📋 Description

• Lead and execute governance projects and advisory engagements in data protection and information security, working directly with national and international clients; • Manage and respond to incidents, define action plans, and liaise with technical stakeholders; • Handle administrative proceedings before the ANPD (Brazilian Data Protection Authority); • Draft and review technology-focused contracts, including software agreements and related service contracts; • Advise on matters related to the internet, digital platforms, artificial intelligence, and data-driven business models; • Provide consultative and contractual counsel on intellectual property matters, especially trademarks, copyrights, domain names, and unfair competition; • Participate in M&A processes with a focus on data protection and intellectual property due diligence and transactional contracts; • Coordinate requests and supervise team deliverables, ensuring technical excellence, autonomy in project execution, and strategic client relationships.

🎯 Requirements

• Law degree and active registration with the OAB (Brazilian Bar Association); • Proven experience in data protection, technology/software contracts, and advisory work; • Experience responding to information security incidents involving personal data; • Experience in intellectual property (consultative and contractual emphasis) and transactional matters is desirable; • Fluent English; • Analytical skills, strategic vision, and the ability to operate in a multidisciplinary environment; • Preferably graduated between 2016 and 2018.
