📋 Description

• Assist potential clients to find the best solution for their research needs • Respond to warm sales leads and sell company services over the phone, video, and email • Establish and maintain potential client relationships • Contribute to the sales team by meeting deadlines and achieving sales goals • Attend company meetings and fill in for team members as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 2 years sales experience, preferably in professional/consulting services • Deep familiarity with UK and/or Australian English • Experience working with clients in the UK and accommodating their time zone • Experience in telephone and video call sales (preferably not scripted) • Very flexible schedule • Motivated by helping people and closing sales • Experience with CRM and pipeline management • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills • Proven ability to meet KPIs such as sales goals • Adept at building trust and credibility • Quiet place to work with a computer, great internet, and without distractions • Interest and preferably some knowledge in genealogy
