📋 Description

• Maintain appropriate operating model for shared services • Direct development of financial MI and regulatory information • Work with internal and external audits for financial controls • Identify and mitigate financial risks for LGRI • Set cost management agenda and direct divisional financial planning • Lead LGRI Internal Capital Model embedding effort • Provide consolidated LGR reporting to Group • Manage longevity and credit risk assumptions • Develop innovative longevity sciences and risk management strategies • Lead the management and development of employees

🎯 Requirements

• Deep technical knowledge of the life insurance and retirement industry • Expert-level knowledge of financial reporting • Detailed understanding of profitability and solvency drivers • Ability to understand end-to-end capital modelling and reporting • In-depth knowledge of regulatory regime including PRA and FCA • Significant experience in the life insurance and retirement industry • International experience and perspective • Experience with regulatory and external stakeholder interactions • Experience in risk management and developing risk culture • Board-level experience • Previous Life Office pricing knowledge preferable
