📋 Description
• Oversee the complete management of the team's client portfolios. • Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals. • Champion the digitalization and automation of accounting processes. • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency. • Collaborate with clients to provide strategic financial advice. • Contribute to the enhancement of our processes.
🎯 Requirements
• Degree in accounting (Bachelor's or higher). • At least 5 years of experience in a public accounting firm. • Strong accounting skills and solid knowledge of taxation. • Proven expertise in team management. • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication. • Ability to inspire and motivate team members. • Make strategic decisions based on analysis of financial data and market trends.
