• Supervise accounting and tax production: reviews, statutory accounts, tax packs, VAT/Corporate Tax, recurring filings • Ensure quality: control points, reviews, technical guidance, deliverable standards, risk management • Act as the technical reference for complex engagements • Lead a team of staff: organization, prioritization, skills development, regular follow-up rituals • Participate in hiring (selection, tests, onboarding) and continuous training • Instill a culture of technical excellence, efficiency and accountability • Standardize and automate processes: data collection, pre-controls, reminders/follow-ups, closing procedures • Optimize portfolio management (tools, workflows, templates, checklists) • Build and evolve service offerings (packaging, service levels, pricing, SLAs) • Contribute to business development: advisory stance, quality of client relationships, upsell/cross-sell • Serve as the expert point of contact on strategic matters • Provide clear, actionable, decision-oriented advice.
• DEC (Diplôme d'Expertise Comptable) obtained • ≥ 5 years' experience in an accounting firm, with strong supervisory/reviewing practice • Entrepreneurial mindset: you enjoy building, structuring, improving and scaling • Natural leadership: you know how to engage, train and challenge others • Comfortable with data and KPIs to manage production • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and client orientation.
