📋 Description

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma • Translate business requirements and user feedback into intuitive user flows and design solutions • Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs • Maintain and evolve a design system for consistent branding and user experience • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions • Optimize designs for responsiveness across devices (desktop, tablet, mobile) • Stay updated with UI/UX design trends, best practices, and accessibility standards

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects • Strong proficiency in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping, design systems) • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design • Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) • Knowledge of usability heuristics, accessibility (WCAG), and design best practices • Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Nice to Have Experience with motion design / micro-interactions in Figma or After Effects • Familiarity with frontend development (React, HTML, CSS) to ease handoff • Background in graphic design, branding, or illustration • Experience conducting A/B testing and analyzing design performance
