📋 Description

• Partner with the CTO and Product/Business leaders to define and execute a 3-year technology strategy • Build and lead a high-performing engineering organisation, including a strong leadership tier • Own engineering delivery across multiple product areas and platform capabilities • Build & lead a high-performing engineering team • Work closely with C-Level stakeholders to guide & support technical decisions aligned to their strategy & goals

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience leading large-scale engineering organisations in complex, high-growth environments • Strong track record of building high-performing Product Engineering teams and leadership layers • Deep understanding of platform architecture, scalability, and modern engineering practices • Experience owning budgets and making strategic investment decisions • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels • Strong stakeholder management, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business impact
