• We’re hiring a leader to own our Sales strategy and execution. • Ultimately responsible for logo acquisition numbers and the overall performance of the sales team. • Our Head of Sales will drive revenue and empower our team. • This is a key role, reporting into SVP Revenue and Commercial Strategy. • The Sales team currently comprises AEs and SDRs. • We foresee significant growth opportunities for our Head of Sales.
• Experience in LegalTech or selling software solutions into law firms is essential • Proven track record of over achieving against sales targets and securing sales within new customer accounts • Strong leadership skills, bringing the ability to grow and motivate a high-performance-driven team • Naturally analytical with a passion for using data ad metrics to validate assumptions, recommendations and drive actions • Consultative approach to sales with exceptional relationship-building skills • Comfortable with high levels of autonomy and accountability • Thrives a very fast-paced, scale-up environment • Experience in managing, recruiting and leading teams in a fast paced environment • Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
