📋 Description
• Support the Accounts Receivable Organization in a dynamic and collaborative environment • Ensure customer cash is collected to meet financial goals and operational objectives • Contact customers to collect overdue payments via phone, email, and written communication • Maintain accurate records of collection efforts and account statuses • Conduct reconciliations and reporting • Perform other tasks and projects as deemed required by management
🎯 Requirements
• A degree or 5+ years of financial services related work experience • Proficiency in office software • Excellent communication and customer service skills with strong attention to detail • Familiar with Accounts Receivable/Collections policies and procedures (preferred) • Ability to independently prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision (preferred) • Costpoint or Government Contracting Industry experience is a plus (preferred)
