📋 Description
• Work with the ASC Aviation Operations Manager to manage logistics, planning, and coordination of USAP’s aviation operations • Lead a team of aviation supervisors • Coordinate with various entities to efficiently plan and utilize resources • Oversee execution of seasonal aviation plans and ensure program requirements are met • Develop and manage operational budgets in conjunction with Aviation Operations Manager and Field Area Manager • Ensure safety is a priority in the workplace
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor degree in management, air transportation, or a related field, or demonstrated ability to perform the job responsibilities • 5 years in aviation operations or other related field • Strong analytical skills • Ability to work in a fast paced, high stress environment, work independently, and display strong organizational and strategic thinking skills • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills
