📋 Description

• Organizing and conducting ideation sessions, workshops, and hackathons to foster creativity and generate innovative ideas for digital engineering solutions. • Implementing and managing collaboration tools and platforms (e.g., project management tools, communication tools, version control systems) to support seamless teamwork and information sharing. • Researching and evaluating emerging technologies, trends, and industry innovations relevant to digital engineering, and assessing their potential for adoption. • Promoting the sharing of best practices, lessons learned, and success stories across teams and projects to facilitate continuous learning and improvement. • Establishing and maintaining a knowledge repository and documentation system for digital engineering processes, tools, and solutions. • Coordinating cross-functional efforts and resources across different departments and teams to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines. • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., clients, partners, vendors) to gather feedback, validate requirements, and promote collaboration in digital engineering initiatives. • Gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders and end-users to identify areas for improvement and innovation in digital engineering products and services. • Continuously optimizing collaboration processes, innovation workflows, and team dynamics to enhance productivity, efficiency, and creativity. • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, legal requirements, and industry standards related to data security, intellectual property rights, and ethical practices. • Establishing recognition programs and incentives to celebrate and reward team members for their contributions to collaboration and innovation in digital engineering. • Working closely with senior management to champion a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, or relevant field • 10+ years of OCM related experience • 5+ years of experience with Change Management Analysis, Change Readiness Assessment, Change Management Planning, Stakeholder Engagement, Communication and Training, and Change Implementation Support • US citizenship is required and able to obtain security clearance as needed.
