📋 Description
• Execution of distribution planning and interconnection impact studies • Conducting arc flash and coordination studies • Working on distribution protection and self-healing systems • Some degree of client-facing work with business development activities • Gaining NESC expertise and interfacing with local clients
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or related engineering degree is required • 5+ years of experience in wide-area power system modelling, analysis, and planning • Experience with power system modeling and analysis tools including CYME’s CYMDist, Milsoft’s WindMil, and/or DNV GL’s Synergi required • Experience with Python scripting is a plus • Must possess strong communication skills • Must be a team player, able to work collaboratively with many different people with diverse backgrounds and geographic locations • Must be a US Citizen
