📋 Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned federal partner agencies during onboarding and ongoing engagement. • Build strong relationships with partner agencies, business stakeholders, and technical teams. • Gather, analyze, document, and manage business requirements using Agile methodologies. • Facilitate partner onboarding, implementation discussions, operational readiness reviews, and stakeholder meetings. • Present system functionality to executive, business, and technical audiences, tailoring demonstrations to meet customer needs. • Prepare executive briefings, status reports, and stakeholder communications. • Coordinate activities across business and technical teams to ensure alignment on priorities, timelines, and dependencies. • Track onboarding milestones, risks, action items, and issue resolution. • Identify operational risks, recommend solutions, and escalate issues when appropriate. • Collaborate with Product Owners and delivery teams to support planning, road mapping, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related role. • Minimum of 2 years in a Senior, Lead, or equivalent leadership capacity. • Demonstrated experience supporting federal grants management programs from the awarding agency perspective. • Direct experience supporting the NIH grants management system or a comparable federal grants management platform. • Minimum of 3 years of experience documenting and managing business requirements in an Agile environment. • Experience eliciting requirements through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder engagement. • Experience preparing executive-level briefings and presentations. • Experience serving as the primary liaison for external stakeholders or partner organizations. • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
