📋 Description

• Lead and manage large-scale construction projects and field operations, serving as the primary point of contact for contractors, engineers, and stakeholders • Ensure contractor compliance with client safety policies, regulatory standards, and contract requirements through active field oversight and construction quality assurance • Monitor construction progress, identify risks, track deviations, and resolve complex technical and construction challenges across multiple disciplines • Review RFIs, submittals, shop drawings, and work plans while supporting engineering coordination, constructability reviews, and field-driven design adjustments • Support inspections, commissioning, and project closeout, including tracking and resolving punch list items • Maintain accurate reports, as-built documentation, and communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering (ABET accredited) • 10+ years of experience in construction of commercial, industrial, or government facilities • Strong knowledge of construction methods, plans/specifications, building materials, and applicable codes and quality standards • Proven ability to coordinate effectively with contractors, engineers, and government stakeholders • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and construction document review tools (e.g., Bluebeam or similar) • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance, work flexible schedules (including nights/weekends), and meet travel requirements (valid driver’s license and passport)
