📋 Description

• Deliver enhancements, new features, and platform improvements across a large-scale eCommerce ecosystem. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams to ensure complex initiatives are delivered effectively. • Coordinate delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring teams have the clarity, focus, and support they need to deliver high-quality solutions. • Enable teams to navigate complexity, solve delivery challenges, and maintain momentum. • Help align priorities, manage risks, and drive successful outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading technical delivery within modern Agile software engineering environments. • A strong track record of working closely with Product Owners, Engineering Managers, Architects, and Engineers. • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, platforms, or third-party partners. • The ability to manage technical dependencies, delivery risks, and competing priorities in complex environments. • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trust across technical and non-technical audiences. • A solid understanding of modern software engineering practices, including cloud technologies, APIs, CI/CD, and iterative delivery approaches. • Experience using data and delivery insights to improve team effectiveness and delivery performance. • The ability to quickly establish credibility and make an immediate impact within an existing organisation.
