• Design and execute user acquisition strategies for your assigned European market • Own community-led growth: plan and run events, meetups, and cultural activations that build genuine trust • Identify, pitch, and land partnerships with diaspora businesses, community organisations, and local influencers • Be the in-market voice of the user: conduct regular market research and surface cultural insights • Track your acquisition funnel and partnership performance with data • Represent LemFi with clarity and conviction • Travel across your market and occasionally across Europe for events
• 2–4 years in community growth, field marketing, partnerships, or go-to-market roles • Deep, lived familiarity with Nigerian diaspora communities in Europe • Proven track record of hitting acquisition or growth targets • Strong communicator who can influence community leaders, local partners, and internal stakeholders • Comfortable working independently and remotely • Analytically sharp: you're at ease with dashboards, acquisition metrics, and iterating based on what the data says • Fluency in English required; working proficiency in the local language of your market (German, Spanish, Italian) is a strong plus.
