📋 Description
• Own reconciliations, month-end close, and day-to-day accounting tasks, ensuring financial processes are outputting accurate, reliable results. • Identify gaps in financial processes and take ownership of fixing them. • Look for opportunities to automate repetitive tasks as we grow. • Support the rest of the team on financial reporting. • Partner with accounts payable and payroll to gain an understanding of expenses being booked.
🎯 Requirements
• Part qualification (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) • Solid understanding of core accounting processes including reconciliations, month-end close, and how financial data flows. • Exposure to automation tools, AI, or workflow improvement is a plus. • Proactive, organised, and able to identify, investigate and raise issues without oversight, presenting solutions to management as they’re raised.
