📋 Description
• You will directly work with Stephan who has built automated workflows all his life. • Develop and implement a communication strategy towards our global community of talents, users, partners, investors • Fully automate influencer and affiliate identification, negotiations, and payments. • Develop strategies to conquer local markets, implement penetration test in one-week sprints and measure results. • Overall, building a system that tracks and measures results will be a core OKR of this job. • Use AI tools (Claude Code, Design, Cowork, etc.) to fully automate all our day-to-day processes and everything that we do at least once a month.

• Ideally you love AI tools. • are excited about mental health and healthy lifestyle in general. • are passionate about processes, KPIs, and A/B testing. • have at least 2 years of work experience.
