📋 Description
• Gather and evaluate user requirements in partnership with Product, Development, and Implementation teams. • Define and embed UI/UX processes into our SDLC. • Develop wireframes, storyboards, process flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Design and modernise user interface elements (menus, widgets, navigation, search, etc.). • Build mock-ups and prototypes that clearly illustrate functionality and style. • Present design concepts and iterations to stakeholders, incorporating feedback into design cycles. • Identify and troubleshoot UX issues (responsiveness, accessibility, usability). • Conduct user feedback sessions and translate insights into design improvements. • Support the long-term migration from WPF to web-based platforms.
🎯 Requirements
• 5–10 years in UI/UX design, ideally in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, or complex product environments. • Hands-on experience with web-based frameworks (namely React and Blazor). • Previous experience in C# WPF applications would be a significant bonus. • Proficient in Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, or equivalent. • Strong ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions. • Entrepreneurial, curious, and delivery-focused with excellent time management. • BSc in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
