• Lendsqr is dedicated to ensuring that credit becomes accessible worldwide • We have developed a comprehensive LaaS platform that supports the entire lending process • Lendsqr has been revolutionizing how everyone can get loans easily • We need an exceptional candidate for the role of Product Designer • Responsible for designing and prototyping key product ideas • Expected to develop a good understanding of the business and customers • Effectively design customer-centric products to meet business goals • Plan and implement new designs • Optimize existing UI designs • Liaise with team members to conduct user research • Develop technical and business requirements
🎯 Requirements
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field • Previous experience as a Product Designer • Design portfolio • Strong knowledge of fintech and technical products • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to discuss and explain design options • Detail-oriented and a problem solver • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • Knowledge of tools such as Figma is required • Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign are a plus • Experience with HTML & CSS is a plus
