📋 Description
• Invoice management including conducting approval checks and reviewing invoices for errors • Processing invoices and managing manual invoicing tasks • Identifying process improvement opportunities and supporting implementation • Managing time efficiently to execute workload • Supporting invoice management through common AP functions • Utilizing tech enabled solutions to conduct approval checks • Processing and posting Auto voucher, Metaviewer, and manual invoices • Resolving invoice and/or payment discrepancies
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or GED required • College degree preferred • 0-2 years supervisory experience preferred • Ability to establish and implement departmental goals and objectives • Strong verbal and written skills • Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
