📋 Description

• designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications • collaborate with project stakeholders to understand functional and non-functional requirements • promote a collaborative team environment • responsible for planning work estimation and forecasting • adhere to architecture, design, implementation, security standards and best practices • investigate and propose solutions to development and design problems • conduct analysis to determine integration needs • prepare technical documentation • write high-quality code • implement unit and integration tests • participate in code reviews • develop reusable software building blocks • improve performance of existing software by diagnosing and resolving critical issues • establish development practices and processes • manage and mentor software engineers

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science and worked at a company for 5+ years with web technology stack and web standards • OR Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems or equivalent degree and worked at a company for 7+ years with web technology stack and web standards • Growth mindset and a willingness to learn new skills, technologies, and frameworks • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Proven track record for managing a team of developers to achieve company goals • Proven track record for architecting, scaling and implementing complex technical solutions • Proven track record of leadership in Agile environments, with excellent communication and collaboration skills • Strong expertise in JavaScript (7+ years) with deep understanding of advanced principles of client-side and server-side development • High proficiency in React.js (5+ years), with a solid background in building performant UI components with modern hooks and design patterns • Strong command of semantic HTML and modern CSS • Proficiency in Next.js, TypeScript, and GraphQL
