• Partner with Sales to support customer discovery, briefings, demonstrations, and RFP responses • Translate mission needs into operational use cases and solution frameworks • Represent LeoLabs in customer meetings, industry events, and regional forums • Lead onboarding, structured training, and operational readiness programs • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for EMEA customers • Define success metrics and monitor adoption and usage • Provide operational leadership during exercises or critical events • Work closely with Product and Engineering to represent customer requirements • Develop playbooks and improve operational processes across the customer lifecycle
• 10+ years in military operations, defense, space operations, or complex technical environments • Experience in customer-facing roles supporting government or enterprise stakeholders • Strong operational planning and execution skills • Ability to support both business development and post-sale execution
