đź“‹ Description

• Monitor and support the LeoLabs global radar network, ensuring radar availability, high-quality sensor data, and real-time situational awareness. • Take restorative action when anomalies arise and escalate issues quickly and accurately. • Detect and respond to potential physical and cyber threats affecting radar operations. • Help build the future of the ROC, including designing processes, developing playbooks, defining critical monitoring points, and identifying opportunities for automation and growth. • Support special operational events (e.g., LEOP) and assist with remote support for maintenance activities. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across engineering, software, and global radar operations.

🎯 Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in a STEM field (or equivalent hands-on experience) • Experience in an operational environment such as a Network Operations Center (NOC), mission control, or similar • Background in incident management, with the ability to triage and escalate anomalous activity • Experience documenting and logging daily and off-nominal events • Ability to perform metric analysis and correlate data to system behavior • Experience creating or maintaining operations processes and procedures • Ability to read/understand Python scripts and work confidently in a command-line interface • General understanding of RF principles and modulation • Willingness to work a flexible and variable schedule (24/7 operations)
