• Provide technical support and guidance to employees • Respond to and resolve IT support requests • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software • Educate and assist employees on software usage • Collaborate with the IT team for process improvements • Maintain records of IT support requests • Conduct equipment inventory checks • Stay up-to-date with technology trends
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or helpdesk role • Excellent knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office 365 • Strong understanding of computer hardware components and networking principles • Familiarity with Active Directory and Office 365 administration • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve technical issues • Exceptional communication and customer service skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
