📋 Description

• Sourcing off-market opportunities • Identification of premium real estate assets with strong economic potential • Structuring transactions • Coordinating legal and tax structuring with external advisors • Managing relationships with a network of qualified investors • Overseeing technical, financial, and legal due diligence • Leading negotiations • Implementing clear, transparent periodic reporting • Launching the first target transaction in 2026 and structuring the operational model

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in club deals, real estate private equity, or structuring real estate transactions • Demonstrable track record on private transactions • Strong understanding of real estate legal and tax structures • Active network of sophisticated/professional investors • Full autonomy over deal flow
