âą Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Finance, Computer Science, E-Commerce, International Trade, or related fields preferred. âą 3+ years of product management experience; prior experience in cross-border payments, overseas acquiring, third-party payments, or clearing and settlement systems is preferred. âą Candidates with experience building payment products from 0 to 1 are highly preferred. âą Familiarity with the end-to-end cross-border payment lifecycle (onboarding, transactions, settlement, reconciliation, risk control, etc.). âą Knowledge of mainstream payment methods such as Visa/Mastercard, PayPal, and local wallets, as well as routing logic and multi-currency settlement mechanisms. âą Strong product planning, requirements analysis, and documentation skills (PRDs, flowcharts, wireframes). âą Excellent cross-departmental communication and project management abilities. âą Data-driven mindset with the ability to leverage metrics for continuous optimization. âą Fluent in Chinese and English.
