📋 Description
• Provide hands-on legal and compliance support across a multi-jurisdictional portfolio covering iGaming license applications, commercial contract drafting and review, AML/KYC compliance documentation, consumer dispute management, and cross-border corporate structuring. • Manage a high volume and wide variety of concurrent legal tasks. • Work closely with external counsel in different jurisdictions. • Produce well-structured written work to a consistent standard. • Research and compile legal and regulatory requirements for iGaming license applications. • Prepare and organize required documentation for license applications, including corporate documents, due diligence materials, and financial reports. • Liaise with regulatory authorities to track the progress of applications and ensure timely submission. • Conduct legal research on gaming laws, data protection requirements, and industry best practices. • Draft, review, and redline a broad range of commercial contracts and agreements. • Identify potential compliance risks and recommend corrective actions; support responses to regulatory inquiries, consumer disputes, and administrative proceedings.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in law • 1–3 years of experience in a legal, compliance, or paralegal role; experience in iGaming, online gaming, or technology is preferred • Fluent in English is essential • Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, or Chinese (Mandarin) will be an advantage • Strong legal research and analytical skills • Knowledge of technical compliance standards in iGaming (e.g., data reporting, platform integrity, and testing) is a plus
