📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We're hiring a Full-Time Data Analyst for one of our clients, in the restaurant industry. • Client is looking for someone who thrives on working with data, is highly organized, and can provide support in key decisions. • The ideal candidate enjoys digging into numbers, validating data, and working behind the scenes to keep processes running smoothly.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong Excel expertise. • Solid understanding of experimentation and analytics, including: A/B testing • Basic statistics & hypothesis testing • Correlation vs. causation • Holdout studies • Experience working with reports, metrics, and performance data. • Highly accurate, detail-oriented, and organized. • Proactive, flexible, and able to ask thoughtful "why" questions when reviewing data. • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Clear communicator with the ability to explain insights and anomalies.
