📋 Description

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping transactions using QuickBooks Desktop. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. • Perform bank and credit card reconciliations. • Prepare and issue invoices and monitor outstanding balances. • Assist with month-end bookkeeping processes. • Generate financial reports and maintain supporting documentation. • Organize and maintain digital financial records. • Provide administrative support related to accounting and bookkeeping functions. • Ensure accuracy and compliance with established financial procedures.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or a similar role. • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (required). • Understanding of bookkeeping and basic accounting principles. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. • QuickBooks Certification is a plus but not required. • Experience supporting U.S.-based businesses is an advantage. • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred.
