📋 Description
• Plan, create and manage social media content (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) for clients • Create graphic assets for posts, stories, ads and corporate materials • Edit videos for social media (reels, shorts, ads and various content) • Write simple scripts and contribute creative ideas • Schedule and publish content • Monitor basic metrics (reach, engagement, etc.) • Ensure visual standardization and brand consistency for each client • Support general digital marketing tasks
🎯 Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent • Experience with social media and content creation • Proficiency with design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva or similar) • Knowledge of video editing (Premiere, CapCut, After Effects or similar) • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and copywriting • Organized, efficient and detail-oriented • Proactive, creative and good communication skills • Results- and deadline-oriented • Plus: Experience with paid traffic, branding, landing pages and tools like WordPress or similar, as well as basics of UX/UI and integrations (CRM, automations, pixel)
🏖️ Benefits
• Compensation: R$ 1,500.00 starting, with the possibility of increase to R$ 2,000.00 after a validation period (3 months)
