📋 Description

• Own and manage the product backlog: Break down large features into manageable components, prioritize them, and ensure alignment with business goals. • Engage directly with customers to understand their platform product requirements and translate insights into backlog priorities. • Act as the go-to expert for internal teams on product functionality, capabilities, and the impact of proposed changes. • Collaborate closely with R&D teams to clarify requirements, provide context, and support development and QA efforts. • Refine and validate business requirements for the Platform teams and other Cujo Products. • Continuously assess backlog value to ensure prioritization aligns with customer and business needs. • Define release content through discovery and grooming sessions with stakeholders and other product owners. • Ensure timely delivery of product increments in collaboration with stakeholders and development teams. • Align with product leadership to understand strategic priorities and translate them into actionable plans. • Drive execution in agile environments, ensuring smooth coordination across teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Solutions Architect, or Lead Engineer role within the ISP industry. • Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand complex systems and business logic. • Proven experience working in Agile environments. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills. • Analytical mindset with the ability to balance detail orientation with big-picture thinking. • Proactive, self-driven, and highly organized. • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
