📋 Description

• Gather requirements with business teams (sales, operations, finance, etc.), understanding needs and translating them into KPIs, metrics, and BI dashboards; • Define, structure, and document indicators, calculation rules, filters, segmentations, and analysis dimensions; • Build, publish, and maintain dashboards and management reports, ensuring consistency, usability, and performance; • Work closely with the Data Engineer to build and evolve data pipelines (ETL/ELT) tailored to BI needs; • Create and adjust data transformation layers (views, SQL scripts, Python routines) when necessary to support reports; • Monitor the quality of data used in reports, identify inconsistencies, and work on root-cause resolution with the data team and responsible business areas; • Maintain functional and technical documentation for dashboards, KPIs, and data flows under your responsibility; • Support internal teams in interpreting indicators, correct use of dashboards, and data-driven decision making.

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or university degree (in progress or completed) in Data Science, Software Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. • Experience building and maintaining BI dashboards (Power BI, Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar); • Advanced SQL for querying, data wrangling, and data modeling; • Knowledge of data modeling for analytics (fact/dimension tables, metrics, granularity, keys, etc.); • Experience eliciting requirements from stakeholders, defining KPIs, and understanding business rules; • Knowledge of Python for data manipulation and preparation (pandas or similar); • Understanding of ETL/ELT processes and building data flows for analytics in collaboration with the Data Engineer; • Strong ability to document KPIs, processes, and data flows.
