📋 Description

• Lead the full delivery of AI and machine learning projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are achieved • Run and mentor delivery teams, providing direction, support, and professional development opportunities • Develop and maintain project plans, risk registers, and delivery roadmaps • Engage with senior collaborators and clients to understand requirements, manage expectations, and communicate progress and outcomes • Analyse project performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives • Coordinate prioritisation, capacity planning, and team composition • Identify and mitigate risks proactively, developing contingency plans and protocols for blocking issues • Champion guidelines in AI delivery, governance, and ethical implementation • Collaborate with technical teams to align architectural decisions with business objectives and delivery constraints • Facilitate knowledge sharing and capability building within the delivery function

🎯 Requirements

• Consistent track record in leading AI and machine learning projects to completion in corporate environments • Demonstrated expertise in delivery management frameworks and methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches • Strong people management and team leadership capabilities with experience building and developing high-performing teams • Excellent collaborator management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage at all interpersonal levels • Technical understanding of AI/ML concepts, tools, and implementation challenges • Experience in budget management, resource planning, and cost control • Analytical approach with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail • Proficiency in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation strategies • Knowledge of AI governance frameworks and responsible AI practices • Experience delivering large-scale, complex AI implementations across multiple business units • Vendor and third-party management experience • Expertise in guiding organisational transformation and supporting teams through transitions • Familiarity with emerging AI technologies and industry trends • Experience in regulated industries or compliance-heavy environments
