📋 Description

• Own all transactional accounts in an assigned geography and represent the entire LGC Standards product portfolio across end-markets including Pharma, Biotech, and Environmental • Identify and close new prospect opportunities through prospecting, qualification with marketing, and self-generated leads • Engage customers via email, phone calls, and online meetings to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow up on quotations, and drive new sales • Use LGC sales tools and virtual capabilities to prospect, nurture, and close opportunities and conduct ongoing territory planning • Cooperate with marketing on new product launches and with core end-market teams to identify competitor activity and trends • Manage relevant Service Cloud cases daily, ensuring tasks are handled and response times are maintained • Provide technical sales support as the first point of contact and ensure a seamless customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• MSc in chemistry, physics, biochemistry, biology, or a related subject area, with a blend of educational qualifications and experience reviewed • Proven experience selling technical products used in laboratories • Successful track record in account management • Proficiency in customer relationship management platforms, such as Salesforce • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite • Demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding sales targets • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills • In-depth knowledge of industry trends and market dynamics • Strong English communication skills • Additional languages are an asset • Willingness to travel up to 15% as needed
