📋 Description
• Collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager and the eCommerce team to capture and analyze business needs for assigned projects • Assessing the business impact of requirements and detailing the As-Is and To-Be processes for each project • Identifying measurable advantages for each project and guaranteeing they align with the strategic objectives of the eCommerce roadmap • Coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and addressing issues to ensure project requirements are met flawlessly • Building positive relationships with key business team members to ensure effective collaboration • Engaging effectively across all teams within LGC IT and Standards business units
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience working as a Business Analyst • Formal qualification in business analysis and requirements definition at the practitioner level • Demonstrable experience in delivering eCommerce projects • Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies • Proficiency in using Jira, Confluence, and MS Visio for detailing business requirements • Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to provide well-balanced updates to senior business representatives
